The history of the oldest schoolhouse in Pfeffelbach began in the late 1800s. Many generations of Pfeffelbach children passed through these classrooms. After its time as a school, it served as a community center and eventually as a residential home. I purchased the building in 2015 with the plan to rent out 4 of the 5 small apartments. However, this plan was short-lived, and in 2019, it was declared a single-family home. Conversion back into a multi-family home is also possible. Significant renovations have been carried out on the building. In 2015, a new roof was installed. From 2016 to 2017, the heating pipes were replaced. Most of the water pipes are also new.
